Tomáš Barták has led the Český Partner real estate agency since 2014 as its managing director and sole owner. He sells and lets apartments, houses and land in Prague and Central Bohemia and advises on investment projects.
He handles every instruction personally. Whoever entrusts him with a property has one person from the first meeting and valuation through photography, marketing and viewings to contracts, escrow, the Land Registry and the handover of keys — and always knows whom to call.
He treats learning as part of the job. He has passed the professional qualification exam for real estate brokers as well as the professional exams for consumer credit and for life and non-life insurance. At the Prague University of Economics and Business he is completing a specialist programme in real estate valuation at the Institute of Property Valuation, and since October 2026 he has also been studying for an MBA.
